Everything you need to know about family portrait sessions
I truly believe that photos aren’t meant to just live on your phone or in a digital space. One day, Instagram will be gone, your phone will be replaced, and the best way to hold onto those precious moments we captured will be through something you can actually hold in your hands.
Think about it—fifteen years ago, if we delivered you digital images, they’d be stored on a floppy disk. With how quickly technology changes, those images would be impossible to access today. Even online galleries will eventually fade away.
But prints? They last. Your family probably still has photos from your grandparents, maybe even great-grandparents. And those were from a time when cameras were a luxury, and prints weren’t as easy to come by.

DESIGN consultation

Once you've booked your date, we’ll schedule your design consultation. This is where we’ll chat about your vision, outfits, location, as well which products you might be interested in.
Whenever we can, we love to plan this ahead of time to ensure we have the best photos for your products.
THE SESSION

Sessions typically last about an hour and when when we can—we love to begin sessions about two hours before sunset. We prefer to shoot when the sun is lower in the sky to avoid harsh shadows and bright sun patches. The first two hours after sunrise is also an ideal time to shoot.

After your session, you’ll receive sneak peeks within 2 days, followed by your full gallery within 4 weeks. You’ll also see the photographer’s favorite picks to help get you started on album and print planning.

Yes! I offer batched seasonal mini sessions that take place in both outdoor and studio settings. These sessions are scheduled around key seasons, ensuring the best seasonal backdrops for your photos. Do you shoot both film and digital photography?
