This recently engaged couple was so in love and so ready to be husband and wife, that they skipped the stressful wedding planning process and opted for an intimate elopement instead! Nothing fancy, just love!
Sophie + Ben had been dating for a few years before moving together to the city of Chicago for work. It was only a matter of time before Ben knew he could finally pop the question and make Sophie his wife.
While this wonderful couple looks forward to planning a celebration with the family (possibly oversees where they reside), they couldn’t wait any longer to exchange vows and honor their love!
It was on a warm, sunny Spring day at Milton Lee Olive Park, along Lake Michigan with the stunning Chicago skyline views, that this lovely bride and groom stood before each other to confess their love and tie the knot. The fresh cool breeze, calming sound of the waves, and amorous background music that played made every second of their wedding nuptials beyond special and memorable! They were all in their feels and looked so happy… so filled with joy.
The officiant, Monique from Officiant on Demand, was an absolute joy. She recited a heartfelt poem and spoke on the beauty (and blessing) of love and marriage. She worked with the couple to make sure everything about that day and moment was exactly what they had envisioned and more!
I had so much fun meeting Sophie + Ben, hearing their love story, and documenting this season in life!
